Due to growing up in a tight knit island community he's very warm and hospitable to everyone and anyone. You can usually find him diving in the river or ocean looking for fish and the like to cook for his dishes. He's not afraid of trying new things (unless it's bitter food) and tends to go all out in the process to enjoy it. He does however need to recharge and prefers the quiet of his home or the gentle sound of waves lapping up on the shore to unwind as it reminds him of home.

- Chandler's definitely a Mama's boy and is certainly not afraid to admit it.
- While he doesn't hate his father he dislikes his "traditional" view of things and his inability to welcome change.
- Though he's the youngest among his brothers he acts even more of an older brother than they do since there were always younger ones on the island that he looked after and followed him around.
- He's been sending letters home under the pseudonym "Andie" since he doesn't know how his dad feels about him running away or if he'd tear up the letter once it got there upon seeing his name on it.
- Has an islander accent that sometimes slips out. (SOMETHING LIKE THIS LOL )
- Chandler enjoys chasing and spearing fish opposed to using a rod. It's funner for him this way.
- He is ambidextrous.
- He has a rather pale complexion even though he's out under the sun most days. He gets it from his mother.
- He carries a first aid kit no matter where he goes since he's always doing odd things to collect ingredients and gets a bit scuffed up. (climbing trees to get the ripest fruit, occasionally pricking himself on a sea urchin while diving etc.)
- Since moving to Lotus he still uses the bag he got as a gift but not for carrying clothes but for collecting ingredients he's gathered.
- He is from one of the smaller unmarked islands in Oblivia region .
- He has a tribal tattoo on his upper right arm from his adulthood trial wen he was 13 and it's the main reason he prefers to wear long sleeved shirts as he never wanted it.

It's a bit hard to explain if you haven't experienced island life tbh.
I came from a small community where just about everyone knew eachother.
Days are warm and leisurely and time seems to tick by really slowly when you're enjoying the day.
School there was really fun too!
Hawaii is a cultural melting pot with a lot of Asian influences so I always felt right at home there and always felt super safe no matter what part of the island I went to on my own. I lived on Oahu. uvu
