This is a fan art of Cobra Commander from Gi Joe.

Leader of Cobra, he is arguably one of my favorite villain from the 80s and part of my favorite rogues gallery.

I really adore this guy, both from the comics, cartoon, and from other adaptation.

His design is cool, his personality is awesome and overall, he's a perfect villain.

He can be evil and bombastic, while also being cowardly.

The dude can put up a fight, but when it comes to a huge tide of Joes coming after him, he'll just run off.

I especially like the fact none of his minions are incompetent ( Ehh sometime ). They can flat out call out his terrible strategy and all that, even easily taking over command.

Still though, I love Cobra Commander. More so than Serpentor. I even got a 1983 action figure of him, which is a plus.
