I can definitely see your anatomy improving with each picture! That is not an easy plateau to climb.
What I think is great:
- The warm atmosphere of the picture, with the background colors reflecting the jovial expression of Honey. Even the most subtle things can make a picture pop out.
- As I said before, the anatomy is an improvement from your previous works (not saying the others were bad though).
What could be worked on (in my eyes):
- I don't know what program you use for your digital works, but depending on the program, what I'm about to say might be trickier on some programs than others. Maybe make your lines a little smoother. I know some programs like GIMP or Illustrator makes it hard to get smooth and crisp lines, so I'll be a little lenient on this factor.
- Might I suggest changing the angle of his left hand? Perhaps in an angle where his palm is facing the doll and his knuckles are facing us directly?
- (This is optional) Add a little more to the background. Even tiny effects or patterns could really bring the background to life!

Thank you for the critique. This really helps. Since I'm using autodesk sketchbook, it would be hard to redo or add to it. But I would take your words towards future art works. Thanks again for the critique.

Actually Illustrator is a great choice for doing line art. I ink in it almost every time I do my artwork. Gimp on the other hand, while it's great for coloring, shading and texture work (most of what Photoshop does), it is pretty tedious to ink with in comparison to other applications. If anything, I think that is Gimp's biggest flaw, other than that is is brilliant for a free art program. I suggest if this artist does have Illustrator, I wouldn't hesitate using it. Now in terms of learning what is best to ink with, thats all in what brushes you use, knowing how to use the pen tool and brush tool together and what type of line art you see best for the art itself.

You know, to be fair, I don't use Illustrator very often. Β SAI and PS have spoiled me! XD
I agree! Β The strokes don't seem to be as smooth as say, SAI, PS or Illustrator.

Oh okay, now it makes sense you now acknowledging what Illustrator can do. x3 But hey, if you did use it, I think you will see it has very clean inking capabilities. The strength behind it is that is uses vectors. Vectors don't contain pixels so in the end it makes it look more smooth. 
Yup! But yeah, Gimp is almost equally as good with doing everything else. ^_^ Deep down, I think it all relies on the preference of the artist. Thats why there are so many art apps out there, so one is bound to cater to one's tastes.

Yeah, vectors are quite useful. ^_^ Β Though I haven't really gotten around utilizing vectors, they do come out super smooth! Β Yeah, I'm a little more familiar with Flash's capabilities, than Illustrator.
