That's really good! I like the tall style you used, I always think that tall Sonic characters are better than the short ones O.o I'm strange. Lovely colouring!

I'm not a big fan of Oekaki myself, I wonder why people try to make it through that while there's beter out there... but this is quite a surprise!
I'm a bit of a fan of furries, even more with fox people, and I just think she's sexy and cute! The body looks real good, although she's a lot more mature than the original Tails... And the look in her eyes... Aaaawwwwrrrr *melts*
There's only two thing's I'd see that's odd... The arms seem long compared to the rest of the body. Either just the huge hands, or the arms being longer. The left tail seems oddly placed too...
The scene looks great though. The effect for the grass and clouds are great. A part of me is wondering how the hell you did that...
In the end, I just gota say: Great work, this looks really good. Can't wait to see more.

The arms....I kinda used the body height as a reference and ended up making it real long, as for the tail...I know, it's supposed to hug the side of her body before curling upwards, but I forgot about giving it a stronger shade to properly interpret that.
Ad for the grass and clouds, all I can say that, painting in OpenCanvas teaches you a lot of things. I applied what I learnt to Oekaki.

Hehehe, cool. Looks like you've got a lot of experience under your belt. All the experience I have, I can fit in a bottlecap.
But I still wonder, why some go into Oekaki instead of another program. I've barely taken a look at something like it, and... It seemed so much like Paint...
And then, peopel liek you come around, and slap me in the face with masterpieces like this. @.@ It's not a bad feeling, really, it just throws me around for a loop.
You've got some great talent. I guess I can only hope to be as good as you... in a few years...

I use an Oekaki because it's fun to work with limited tools. 
As for critique, I really love getting critiques, I welcome and encourage it.
