I could see Fontaine doing this I really could. I love how Jack and Tenenbaum look like they wish they were somewhere else.
Also, they might actually have something sort of like this in Bioshock 2. In Fontaine's office he has a painting of him, a boy, and a woman. The painting is titled 'The Fontaine Family'. I don't actually know who the boy or women is, but I always thought that they could possibly be Jack and Tenenbaum.
Anyway, great picture I really like it.
