wait Kiritsugu was assassin I thought it was a alternative version of Shirou Emiya kinda like Cu CHulainn fits into both Lancer and Caster class and Artoria Pendragon belonging to both Saber and Lancer class

He's voiced by the same VA, final ascension art has Irisviel behind him.
He's from an AU where he never met Irisviel, but her will (from 'another time and place') still tries to reach out to him anyway.
