I kinda like this. It's sort of like Carla has this attraction towards Leon as well because she has Ada's DNA. Leon's apprehensive about it and looks kind a little lost since he's dealing with a victim (Carla). Plus, she looks like Ada anyways, so all the more reason to take the advantage.
Ada on the other hand must be feeling rather weird at the sight of the closeness between the two. It is as though she's looking at an image of the both of them (Ada and Leon) from a third person's point of view. There's a hint of disappointment or perhaps envy because the current Ada can't seem to indulge in a normal relationship.
Too bad RE6 killed off Carla. No room to explore into her character anymore.
