This is my summer vacation's free time, forged into papermodel-rescaled down to 1:48
Two incontinuous weeks wasted, thanks mostly to tracks, wheels and MG's paid extra attention to details- like glazing periscopes.

Short story shorter:
Wehrmacht's common policy was the use of foreign (often captured) weapons in their arsenal. Among the most prized trophies from early WW2 stage was two Czechoslovak light tanks Praga-produced LT-38 and Skoda LT-35 (latter got cancelled in favor of LT-38).
It was adopted after occupation of Czechoslovakia and named Pzkpfw-38(T). Crew faved them due to their reliable construction and great suspension system, and this tank proved it's good value in French campaign. However, as war goes on,insufficient riveted armored protection and main gun firepower became obsolete (especially after inital encounters with Soviet T-34), but the chassis and suspension served as basis for numerous weapon platforms until final stages of war, Marder III and Hetzer SPG among them.
