I used to only spend a handful of hours on each page.

Now it takes over a week on average. (and it's gotten worse every year with writer's block + too much life getting in the way)

My lines often get a digital face-lift (sometimes literally ) after I scan.

But yeah I think I had a good day when I did this page. Being in the right mindset helps! :0

I should do a tutorial. That and/or livestream the penciling/inking process somehow because I feel like showing in real-time is better than still images.

I'm sure in a few short years all traditional inking (for the sake of a digital end product) will go the way of the dinosaurs, but as of right now traditional still feels better and is more efficient for my needs.

It does feel better! I know what you mean. It's my own goal to do my comic work as much traditionally as possible, so it's really inspiring to see another artist about my age (I totally assume) actually doing it! We can keep it alive... maybe.
