godDAMN where do I begin
Once again, it's so cool seeing your demon designs-- at least in this context, I enjoy the simplicity of it all, the humanoid body and the demonic features (horns, claws, slit-pupils)
AND THE BACKGROUND, I think this is a damn good job, especially the vegetation that surrounds the character *o* (and the subtle mountains past the window behind him!)

this guy actually isn't technically a demon, he's a dragon kinda guy but the design principles are more or less the same lol

Oh my, this is so beautiful. Seriously, I really, really like how you painted the flowers and the tiny leaves. The background really adds to this whole piece and gives it a lot of mood and atmosphere, even though you don't show too much of it. All of the colors here go very well with each other (I LOVE how the foliage is a cooler temperature in the back and is warmer towards the front) and things are detailed enough to have a lot to look at, but at the same time, things aren't so busy that it's hard to settle in one place. That's one of the difficult things to do well in pieces with backgrounds, in my opinion, so good job on that! As for the character himself, he's just as pretty. Another one with orange hair
He gets me wondering though, what race is he? He doesn't exactly look elf, but the pointed ears. Must know.

No, I'm just telling the truth! Plus, I'm not very good at giving comments, usually, haha. I usually can only express myself with generic words, even though I really like a piece. ;u;
It's okay! I myself am really bad at backgrounds, but we just both need to practice. And honestly, I really do like the background in this piece, and I wouldn't have guessed that you were unsure about them. ; P
Ahh, hahaha for some reason I'm amused that he's happy I think he's pretty. All of my guys probably don't like being pretty at all, so it's a very nice change. <3 He sounds cute, this character.
