Oh dude, the perfect german meal. Do you want the typical german meal? Stuff like pork hock with sauerkraut and mashed potatoes?
Noone eats that. Just on the Oktoberfest in munich.
I think more typical is Sour-roast. It`s hip of beef wich has to lie in vinegar with some root vegetable and red wine for 1 week.
After that you fry it for 2 hours in the stove.
U serv it with Red cabbage and pototoes.
After my cook apprenticeship, i started a new apprenticeship. As a information electronics technician. That means, I install satellite facilities, sell TVs but most of the time I sell mobile phones.
Oh i wrote a novel

Traditional food or not I would love to taste both of them. It would be honor to taste local food when travelling instead of normal fast food (pizza, hamburger etc etc) People miss a lot when not tasting new flawors. The beef you mentioned sounded very luxurious ! I see you have lot of experience on cooking, you must be very popular among your friends and girls Do you often make food at parties?

Oh well, it's not bad to have to degrees. It's more easier to find job with several degrees. Yeah that was quite long message I have to admit, it doesn't matter - but I think your english skill has improved a lot. It was very easy to read
