Description Here is some recent Fan Art I did from the popular 80s cartoon TV Series Inspector Gadget 1983 to 1986, this is a sketch I did ofΒ Penny Gadget, Penny is Inspector Gadget's 10 year old niece, I'm kind of pleased with the way this turned out but it still needs improving Etc. Anyway I hope you guys like it......
