Lara's facade often sells her as detached and uncaring, which is not entirely true. Sure, she'd show zero interest if the issue has little to nothing at all to do with her, but dare to harm her plants (or friends) and you're up for a beating.
Some would call her hard to read, since often she prefers masking her true feelings to avoid unnecessary privacy invasions from unwanted parties. But if you stay long enough by her side you'd discover what a sensitive person she is. A true cry-baby; embarrass, offend or touch her deeply and tears are 100% guaranteed to pour down her face. Smiles are not a rare sight either.
She's a woman of few words, prefers not to talk if she has nothing important to say. A good listener.
Very straight forward with her peers. Also appreciates it when people are direct with her. She may get hints but wouldn't act on them, going round and round just tires her out and she would lose interest and most likely leave. So if you've got a problem and care to solve it properly, better confront her directly.

✿ Biography:
Both of her parents were alumni of the academy, one Perfumer and the other Herbalist. Most of her childhood she spent at her Grandmother's house together with her parents. Grandma had a huge greenhouse where all four of them would gather and work together. While one of her mothers' was explaining about herbs used for fragrances, the other spoke about the healing herbs. Spending all this time at the greenhouse with her family, awoke her passion for gardening and her talent at brewing potions.
From kindergarten to middle school, Lara spent home studying. By the time she had to start high school, her parents had finally moved out of the country to the city and sent her to Enjelrose Academy. She was very eager to follow her parents' footsteps.
Little did she know that having classmates is so very different than studying at home. The drastic environmental change made it difficult for her to adjust to the new social life she had discovered, so the easiest way to cope was to close herself off and do her best at studying. It's not that she didn't interact with anyone, she just preferred to keep it to minimum.
Graduating with a satisfactory report card, she enrolled into the academy's college. This time around she wants to try her luck at actually making friends.

Her room might be a bit untidy in one's opinion, but there's order in the chaos.
The only thing she knows to draw are plants, her herb note is full of elaborate drawings of different species.
Not scared of insects, not entirely fond of some either.
