Description
Se'tet was once the right hand and twin brother to the leader of Katra, O'bek. His brother became the fabled "Exalted" and thus was named the ruler of their nation by right. Katra prospered and grew under O'bek's careful wisdom. Se'tet never envied his brother, and like the rest of his people, trusted in the divine right of the Exalted. Se'tet never desired the throne, but everything changed when his nation was utterly destroyed as collateral in a conflict between two great dragons. after the dust had settled, what was left of his nation would learn that they had lost their Exalted and Se'tet had lost a brother.

Se'tet took the throne, now believing himself to have a righteous path for his people. He believed that the dragons were too dangerous and wielded too much uncontrolled power, for them to be allowed to roam free. He stirred his people towards vengeance against the dragons, those who had taken away their beloved ruler, and turned their nation into the ultimate dragon hunters. Over the years Katra became a well known sanctuary for dragon hunters.

After Xelpatha told Se'tet of the Guardians' plan to seal Adros away from the other realms, Se'tet rallied his people to journey with him and destroy the powerful conduit. He had prepared his nation for years to exterminate dragons and dreamed of one day storming the gate of Adros and purifying the realm of the dragons in a great culling. Sealing the gate to Se'tet only meant that the dragons would one day return, and he and his dragon hunters would not be around to save the realms.
