I bought the sweater (it was plain cream-colored) and we added the black details on the sleeves and the bottom (with doublesided tape, though other people sewed it), plus we all got the patch (also doublesided tape).

A lot of us just made our cosplay. Some people even met up prior to the meet to buy fabric together and sew together. We also showed each other pictures of our cosplays beforehand [We had this epic Gakuen!Meet-up planned for five months in advance...].
