This is a truly epic piece, featuring two of my favourite designs of Link (despite neither of them being from core games xP). You did a great job drawing the dynamic between these two. I love the way that the colour of the cape and scarf compliment one another, which I never really imagined until seeing this.
My one criticism would probably be the the skin shading. Overall, this picture doesn't have a ton of warm tones, which I imagine was intended, in order to set the mood. But the absence of any sort of reds in the skin makes it look as though there isn't any blood in the face, or in other words, as though it is lifeless. However, this is very minor in the scope of things. That still doesn't take away from all of the other fantastic things about this picture. I just figured I'd mention it for future reference. Keep up the amazing work!

It looks like you just felt compelled to make an exact copy of that one manga panel. Perhaps if you drew an original pose, you would have felt more freedom and gotten better results on the cape because you wouldn't have felt as tied down? Just something to try out; keep up the good work.

That was what I was going for, I just wanted to see how good my sketching really was... That's only the second sketch I've ever done, so I'm sticking to copying for now, and then I am going to try my own stuff! Thanks for the comments, though! It's really awesome to have feedback (being a new artist and all).

That is like one of the most badass painting I've seen yet! I love the Ancient Hero (SS manga hero)'s face and expression and Hyrule Warrior Link looks just epic. Fantastic work on the colours and poses, and the flow of the scarf/cape
