Description
"When the evening falls and the daylight is fading,From within me calls - could it be I am sleeping?
For a moment I stray, then it holds me completely.
Close to home - I cannot say.

This took me over 4 months to do
I sketched it once on regular printer paper, but it curled a lot when i was coloring so i scratched that one and redid it on Canson Drawing paper.
I can see from the scan the sky needs more blending work so i will do that when i have time. Its not my main focus though now so it probably won't get done for a while.

Possibly make the upper right corner of the sky a little more purple-ish. It gives the feel that evening is really falling, rather than the sun is coming up. Without the title 'Evening Falls,' it would probably be a bit difficult to tell: morning or evening? The only other critique I can think of is possibly having the tail of the wolf swing out to the right so that it is more easily seen. I can't actually really see a tail in there, even if it's there. I know sometimes it's hard to make the tail visible, but I would suggest making it a little more out. Great work!

i think darkening the sky is definitely a great idea, not only for the evening effect but also for contrast (as purple contrasts yellow-sorry school is coming in- so it will make the sky and the wolf pop).
the tail i did not show because that was how the reference was. if i remember correctly, i think i did try to add it. i can't be 100% sure as it was a while ago.
