This image is vectored from a DVD cover. I don't recall which DVD; only that she was pictured with Luna. But it's the same image of Celestia as on the back of the Ponymania Collection, which I do have. It's probably a stock image used on a lot of merchandise.Celestia is so pretty! I could draw images of her all day! (But I can't, cause work won't pay me for it.)

I found it on a few DVD covers: Princess Twilight Sparkle, Season 2 Collection, and Season 1 Collection. Though there's other versions of the Collections, so it's hard to tell. Anyway, this image is used a lot

It might also depend on the DVD region. In Australia (region 4), I think it came from a season 3 disc. Possibly The Crystal Empire.
