Description Lee walked into the garage. It was a normal day. The agency had just been through a bit of a scare, but that didn't really matter to her. All she needed to worry about right now was working on her car, so it would be ready for the race in California...

Her mind flashed back to that first meeting with that man. First and only, so far. He had been on a motorcycle, and chasing her around New York City. Eventually Lee had stopped at a Starbucks, and had confronted him there, to see what he wanted.

The man wore a mask up past his nose, and a cloth over his head, making only his eyes visible. He carried around a pad of paper, and wrote down everything he would say. At the table, they conversed, in sorts. His written words told Lee that he had seen her in a streetrace, and wanted to race her. In California. And though Lee had said that her brother would say no, and so would her “sponsor,” he decided to give her the address anyway.

Now Lee was trying to tune up her car as much as possible before the race. To hell with it, she was going to race whether Mark, her older adopted brother, liked it or not. And now she was in the garage of a friend, going to work on her car.

Frank was another mechanic. He wasn't on the payroll of the Agency as a regular thing, but he would make materials for them, cars, bikes, and they would pay him for the labor, and then mass produce. It was a friendly agreement between him and the agency. And if he ever told anyone about them, they would kill him. That easy.

Lee had become friends with Frank when Darius, a newer agent, had introduced them. When Darius was first inducted into the Agency, he brought his company car to Frank for a few tune ups. Lee had valeted Darius's bike over for him to the garage also. Darius and Frank were already friends, and Darius had taken the time to introduce one mechanic to the other. Lee instantly fell in love with the garage. It was filled to the brim with cars, and she wanted to work on every single one. Seeing her love of the cars, and the longing in her eyes, Frank had given her a choice of all of them. She could choose one, and keep it. Eyes were drawn to a midnight blue custom car, and Lee had loved it ever since.

Lee also rather liked Frank, the mechanic himself. He was rather striking, and had the exact same interests as her. Being sixteen was a huge problem though, seeing as he was over twenty, and felt an obligation to stick to the law. Lee rather grudgingly agreed to this, and the two became good friends, if with a bit of sexual tension. Over the period of four months or so, Lee ended up in a closet with Frank once. It was during a game of Seven Minutes in Heaven, initiated by the trouble maker of the Agency, Erin (also Lee's best friend), and even then, Frank wouldn't let things get out of hand. He had kissed her, let it go that far only, until the last thirty seconds where he thought it would be safe to let Lee's hands go as they would. She ended up getting him shirtless and stepping back, leaving things as they were. They stayed easy friends, with a little more tension on Lee's part, and a little goofing off on Frank's part. He set her up with his cousin, John, and that had actually been working out, considering John was also a bit of a mechanic and was actually Lee's age.

But after the race challenge, Lee really cracked down on her car, and started spending a lot of time at Frank's garage. He was curious, but hadn't asked yet. That morning, Lee had gone in, and started working, and he had gone out. Now he came back, and saw her working still.

The wheels of the skateboard that Lee was lying on squeaked as she rolled out from under the car with a grin.
“Hey Frank. Glad you're back. Do you wanna help me with this? I'm having some difficulty with this technology that you designed...”
Lee had also, at one point, stolen Frank's blueprints to check out how to add stuff to her car. That had NOT made him very happy, but they had gotten over it, and he accepted that she wasn't going to ruin them or anything.

“No problem, Lee.” She stood up, wiping her hands on her jeans, and looked at Frank with a smile as he said that.

She was wearing a purple skin tank top, and a pair of normal blue jeans. Not the best working clothes, but they were functional. After wiping her hands off, she leaned up against the wall, and looked at him curiously, not sure why he hadn't immediately asked her what she needed help with.
“Is there a, “But...” here?”

“Yeah. Just one thing.” He walked towards her, right up to her, and put his hand on the wall, next to her shoulder, leaning in so he was about a foot away from her. “You've gotta tell me what you're making this car for, Lee. Otherwise I don't know how to help you.”

A grin spread across the Asian girl's face. “I'm going to visit my grandmother. You see, I haven't seen her in a while, and she lives in Utah. I want the fast gear on the car so I can take it out on the salt flats and have blast while I'm there. Sound like a good enough reason to help me out?”

“It would be....” His eyes caught hers, and Frank said bluntly, “...if you were telling the truth.”

“I am, I am.” Lee's smile never wavered, and she folded her arms across her chest, looking triumphant.

“No...Lee, you're not. I've known you long enough to see when you are. And you really aren't.” Frank leaned in closer, their faces barely inches apart. “One more chance.”

Laughter escaped her lips. “I'm going to see my grandmother. What's so hard to believe about that?”

“You don't need nos out in the salt flats of Utah, Lee...” He leaned in, putting his lips on her neck, murmuring, “Lee, tell me where you're going...” And lightly bit her neck.

The pressure wasn't much at first, so Lee stood by her story. “I'm going to my grandmother's...” But it was weird having Frank do this...too...intimate, too close. His own rules were being broken. “Frank what are you...”

He bit down harder, nearly hard enough to break her skin, and Lee whimpered, not entirely in pain, squirmed, and said, “California! I'm going to California!” The bite was enough to bruise her neck, but again, it was weird and oddly pleasurable. But it still hurt. Frank, however, wasn't done. He let go, and began nuzzling her neck. Lee was trapped in the cage of his arms against the wall, not actually touching him, but close enough. Frank said quietly, “Alright...so...why to California?”

Lee defiantly didn't say anything, and Frank kept nuzzling around her neck, and he hit a spot between her neck and her collarbone that just made her squirm, very slightly. He grinned, and kissed it softly, a soft spot on her neck. “Lee...”

She scrunched her face. She was NOT going to be taken this easily...

Frank started to suck lightly at the skin, giving her a hickey, running his tongue over it, and Lee whimpered, “It's a street race. The racer challenged me...”

Sound was muffled into her neck, but she could feel the vibrations as he spoke, and made out the words. “And who was this?”

Planning on saying nothing wasn't going to work, because his hands had chosen that exact moment to leave the walls on either side of Lee, and slid up her shirt tantalizingly. They started at her hips, and fingers drew light lines up her sides. By the time he had gotten to her ribcage, Lee's skin was on fire, her nerves were humming with hyper-awareness, and Frank had already hit three spots on her skin that made shivers travel her spine. His hands brushed backwards, going around her sides to her back, lightly touching the bottom of her bra...

“I don't know who he was! He was a random motorcyclist, and he had one of your bikes! He said that you were a high better in gambling, careless, and he had won it off you. He saw me race that street race you bet on before, and was surprised I beat the winner then. He wanted to race me in California, and I'm going to go there to race. That's why I'm doing this with the car. Frank, please stop!” Lee sounded slightly panicked. As much as she liked Frank, it scared the hell out of her that he just suddenly threw his rules out the window and started feeling her up.

Frank moved back, drawing away, and Lee sunk to the floor, shaking. It wasn't just that she was scared... She really had a thing for Frank, and had been trying to push it away, and this had just proven to her that she still wanted him just as much as before, if not more. And that wasn't good, because until approximately five seconds ago, they were in a no sexual contact sort of relationship. Which had been easier to deal with, lust-wise.

“You alright, Lee?” She nodded, taking deep breaths, and he said casually, “You know, you could've just told me it was a race. I wouldn't've stopped you. I mean...that guy is a great racer. But with my help on the car, and your driving skills, you could definitely beat him.”

'Is that it?' Lee thought. 'Is he just going to pretend he didn't do that? God, he's got nerve...It's a wonder I haven't gone into shock by now, dealing with him.'

“Lee? You home at all?” Frank crouched down in front of her, his familiar grin floating in front of her face. “Sorry about that. But I didn't think that you were going to tell me otherwise.”

A groan escaped her lips. “Frank, I hate you so much right now.”

That single statement and her condition just made him laugh. “Lee, again, I'm sorry...”

Their eyes met, and she glared at him like nothing else could. He was surprised at the force of it, but met her gaze, saying with his eyes, 'You know that you needed to tell me. You know I can help you. You aren't allowed to be mad at me for this, Lee. You asked for it, and hell, you enjoyed it. Just let it be.' Lee ended up averting her eyes, and muttered, “You could've at least been more discreet. I'm going to have to wear a scarf for a week and a half now. Hickey on one side, gigantic teeth bruise on the other...”

He lifted her face to his, bringing their eyes together once more, and he smiled happily, something she couldn't help but return, the smile coming naturally to her. Frank smiled wider, and said, “Good girl, Lee. Now, let's get to work on that car...”
