Do you sell prints of your work through any venue?

i love it, the colors are amazing, so is the whole concept. it reminds me of some native american art i saw in Canada (although i havent seen much), but you make it your own, you have your own style.

Well, if you're at all interested, feel free to look at my website:

It has more images, and even more in the online Journal.

You have a great eye, GC in that you recognized the Native American influences. I am a native artist here in Alberta. Again, I'm really quite gratified by your comments!

i checked out your website and it is absolutely amazing. It took me a while to figure out how it works
but it was so worth it. I love native american art and philosophy on life but i havent had a chance to see much of it here.
I adore every picture but my ultimate favorites were: Coyote & Manitou, "frog", "gentle warrior", gaia-wind, there was word... well, pretty much all of your paintings Hard to pick favorites, really...
I love the colors you use, they are amazing, esp. the deep blues and gold, they are magical. The gold colors sometimes remind me of Russian icons (very very old ones).
Oh, and My Cocaine rocks!!!
PS do you by any chance ever sell your art work?

Hey, gonecanuck!

Thank you so much for wandering about! And for saying so many nice things.

I'm so glad you got My Cocaine...I think I was really starting to go weird from sleep deprivation at that point.

As for selling...yup!

And if all goes well, I might get into a Toronto gallery soon

ps. yes, I realize the website should probably be simplified a bit so people don't just 'stumble' upon the links...

fantastic texture. I especially enjoy the variations between realism and abstract space. a very cool piece.

Thank you. As with most artists, I really didn't know when to stop. The more detail one adds sometimes makes the idea lose itself. I think I could have gone a little further, but I kind of lost my nerve.

Intriguing...I've found myself staring at this one trying to figure out the meaning that might lie behind it. I'm curious...is this part of your faith?

AaronPaquette In reply to RoseImmortal [2006-01-11 11:19:57 +0000 UTC]

Well, I follow a slightly different path than the Traditional beliefs of my father, but yes, the spirit Journey is a very sacred part of my culture. I'm so glad that it spoke to you.
