Haha, this picture just emphasizes that there's not much to Itachi except the head, at least not when he wears that shapeless Akatsuki cloak. It's pretty funny that Kishimoto put his biggest villains in such an un-intimidating style, but he gets away with it. The black and red pattern helps.

That could be part of design, too: Akatsuki are well hidden behind their cloaks and there is lots of room for imagination.

well i do hope you finish it because it looks great. although, when you step back and look at it it looks surreal. it looks like his spirit or something taking one las look at the earth...or something involving the 'colors of the wind' song from the disney version of pocahontas.
