I really wanted to draw some fanart again and since I am really into One piece right now I have decided to draw one of my favourite characters named Chimney and her CAT Gonbe.
Also I am desperately trying to get back to trad art again because currently this medium is filling me with nostalgia again haha.
For this I wanted to update my set of copics a bit and get new refilled, only to get stunned by the blatant price elevation and I just can‘t -
That’s why I have decided to give the relatively new Ohuhu markers a try and I must say, I was surprised!
I really liked how similar the marker ink behaved to what I was used to with my copics and they can be blended just as well! The only thing that really annoyed me, was that in the case of 7 out of ten markers the colour of the caps does not match the actual ink colour to an unforgivable degree and that made me constantly weary and suspicious whenever I decided to use one of the Ohuhu markers. That is super sad, because it could have been avoided so easily, right?
I only purchased the skin colour markers and for now I will leave it at that, but I would love that they adjust the cap colours one day ~
Tools used : Deleter black ink, Copics, Ohuhu markers
