What launcher are you using? I'm using Miui but unable to change the icons for my dock?

I'm using the default MIUI launcher. to change the icons just drag them off and drag other ones on. or if you're talking about the style of the icons, you have to download different icons and change them in the themes bit.

Thanks for that. I installed the mod but I can't seem to get it working properly on Galaxy S II's UI.

you need to use the right size, like 3x4 or something. try them all out.
