angelera viktora. she's a ukrainian, german mix and her hair is a red but she dyed her bangs black. she's originally part of a very wealthy syndicate group but raven has to kill the group off. normally he leaves no one alive but this young girl entrances him and he leaves her and her family alive. her family is executed for failure and she flees to roanapur with an oath to kill raven. there she starts a syndicate group called the angel hotel and attempts to kill raven but she goes head to head with his boss and eventually gives up on the attempts. as the story progresses she ends up falling in love with him and even having his child aeventually. she's also a marksman and she looks up to lady onatopp for advice and even forms an alliance with her later on. yet another quick character sketch. hre original outfit though not her new one. again no pose ref.
