This picture really stand out, I saw it immediately. It has very beautiful colours and looks kinda dreamy. I think you really have gotten it right with the lighting, I personally think it's hard with especially round things (like heads) but it looks really good!
One thing I noticed though, is the turning of the head. While the nose and mouth look good, the eye and eyebrow feels a bit off. I think they both have to be a bit more forward and the eye maybe(?) a little more down in the face. The eye in that perspective also have to be a bit shorter. has about the same angle.
But over all I think it's a very beautiful picture, you have really managed to create a nice mood. I also really like the strokes in the background

Very beautiful colors ! I love your style, the only things that bothers me is maybe his forehead which is too far back (That's my opinion) and maybe his eyebrow - It's not the shape or anything, but the brush you used makes an another style comparing to the rest of the drawing, it makes a weird effect because when I've clicked on your pic, it was the first thing that my eyes caught attention xD

But it would be better if you draw hair more naturally, your variant of it looks some sloppy.
