Description
The once mocked right hand man to Johnny Knifeden moved from gang to gang once his boss had moved on. Falling in love with the daughter of one of Johnny's oldest rivals they lived (and even married) in secret, until upon learning of the relationship her father sent hitmen to kill Billy. His wife dying in the crossfire (and aquiring some scars of his own) he rebuilt his old claw, for the new age. Still showing his old blue "uniform" and keeping his wife's wedding ring around his neck he moves through the underworld, wiping out those that have wronged him. A new purpose, while honoring his old life.
