I only know the barest bones about Balan Wonderworld, but I know I love the aesthetic (no doubt bc of the NiGHTS roots) so it was only a matter of time before I found myself adapting things in my spare time
Besides adapting Arc, I fished out an unused Nightmaren design I doodled years ago, revamped it, and gave it new life as an OC for the universe. Some of the elements I'm not 100% on keeping as they are (the sleeves for example), but overall I'm pretty okay with them.
Now to work myself up to be brave enough to try and draw the actual top hat man.
