Description
This marks a return of Powergirls Symbol ( or a variant anyhow, though a symbol just doesn't work ) that i made up and the uniform she will be wearing for a time in her own story if i decide to continue with the DC Civil War thread after i finish the main part of it.I should have drawn her smaller so that i could fit more of her in but this was just a bit of relaxation for me that turned out better than i expected. I might try changing it and showing more of her in an alternative version.
