Description
This picture was a request from dangerman-1973 [link] showing Powergirl dealing with a city block fire outbreak by creating a tornado around it.

Of course she has already got everyone out and at a safe distance before she does this, else there would be a lot of people in the air

I wanted to give this as great a sense of kinetic feeling as i could as she whips up her own tornado by flying incredibly fast, sucking up the flames and stripping the leaves from nearby trees while picking up bits of debris.

While i was doing this i kept having the music from Superman the movie play in my head from the part when he's circling the earth at high speed.
