I think you're right Scrib3. Just before taking this shot, it was making odd bird calls: "CACAW, CAMUAHAHAHA!".
It also wanted a million dollars, which I thought was a bit much

Aw, this is so cute! It looks *to me* that the pigeon is a watchman or doorkeeper or something. Looking at his eye looking down at you, he almost seems to disapprove of you for taking the photo!
He also seems to have gloves under one wing!

His eyes look evil though... he does not look pleased. Perhaps pigeons are superstitious about having their souls stolen by photography?
