it's suppose to be Garnet/Dagger from FFIXbut.....does it even look like her...?
i know i'm not good at this style....epic fail lol
and what's worse,
i'm suppose to be studying, not drawing.......
i'm screwed.....OTL

Honestly, I can see Dagger in this. Her face doesn't look exactly like in the game, but her pointy chin, and hair and big eyes resemble her enough. It's fanart, sometimes it's better not to look identical to the character you were trying to draw, because it's in your own style. I like it!

Speaking weird-ese aside, this is a beautiful depiction of Garnet. Love the coloring style you used here, and the facial expression is perfect. (I like the eyes.) A friend recommended FF9 to me a while back; can't wait to play it soon.
