You smell something faint in the air. Something metal and aging, with a faint scent of gasoline and oil about it. Intrigued, you move further and further toward to the smell and stop before what you see. Laying before you are countless armaments and military equipment. Guns, cannons, rifles with bayonets and any other manner of firearm and weaponry were surrounding you as far as the eye could see. All strewn about as if it had recently fallen from the sky from the aftermath of a full scale military assault. Taking careful steps, you move throughout the aging hardware as if it were a field of armed bombs. A tenseness warps about you as you wonder whether or not the next step you take within this forsaken field will be your last. This wasteland of weapons would either be your test...or your grave. As you keep moving for what feels like an eternity through this weapon wasteland, you immediately hear a shot fired into the air. "Stop," a voice went out, slicing through the silent air. "Right...were you are..." You look out and your eyes lay upon a grand monument of weapons, all piled together and crudely assembled into some form of makeshift throne. However, it was not simply the throne that caught your attention. Sitting upon this mechanical designation resided a young woman. Her smooth and flawless skin illuminated under the murky sky about you and she was enveloped in a beautiful veil of hair as black as the metallic seat she perched upon. For some reason she was barefooted in the middle of this rather harsh environment, but that didn't seem to matter to you at the moment. In contrast to the decaying and desolate landscape before you, her presence felt warm and welcoming, like the morning sun. Yet, her expression was as cold as the weapons she's rested upon. Perhaps, her presence isn't the sign of luck that you thought it would be. 61RL5 N 6UN5, created by *aditya777, presents us with a rather imaginative view of a woman in a unusual situation and setting, yet captures a somber and dark atmospheric tone that does not fail to immerse and impress.

On a detailing standpoint, I actually like the drawing style employed into this piece. The design style really does a good job of presenting a decent show of compositional detailing on the female subject as she sits upon her rather dangerous, metal throne of death. Shading adds even more personality to the design style of the piece and makes everything on the composition simply come to life. There is an abundance of shading and shadow usage on both the female subject and the weapon throne, which does quite a good job of emulating shadow tones from the piece in a more realistic light. However, one of the larger draws has to be the type of atmosphere that this piece presents the viewer. One immediately gains a feeling of stark isolation and silence when you view this piece, as if the woman is the only living thing for miles about you as she sits among a large pile of weapons in the middle of nowhere. A nice atmospheric tone incorporated into the general artistic personality and style of the design is what can make pieces like this really spring to life.
While there are some good things working in favor of this piece, there are also quite a few things you could do to make it even better and stand out from the crowd. For thing, while I did like the detailing on the female subject, I feel like there could still be quite a bit done to it. Perhaps add some minor scratches on her body from sitting on the weapons about her, maybe even some faint smears of grease and oil on her clothing and body to add that extra element of realism to it. The pile of weapons could use a bit more definition in their appearance, as they generally look like random shapes in certain areas that can be a little off-putting in contrast to the rest of the composition. More definition to the weaponry's elements would do wonders for the rest of the image.

Now the biggest thing that could really make this piece is now to add more to it. This piece feels like its one part of a much bigger image. Design a background that can capture the atmosphere of this piece and integrate them within one another. Make the resolution of the background a more wide-screened format to give a more dynamic feeling to the viewer. Making these changes will definitely polish the piece you have right now and allow all of the artistic beauty and potential that it holds to flow forth and immediately impress, entice and immerse all who lay eyes on it.

Its almost amazing what the mind and imagination can conjure for us to depict in an artistic medium. From the vividly colorful, to the dark and high contrast designs, it all just continues to shows us new and different ideas that we can create for ourselves. 61RL5 N 6UN5 is another example of the latter category. With a dark atmosphere and tone about it it really manages to give us something to really look at while at the same time it makes us yearn for something more. As if there is much more to it, but its just beyond the surface. Despite this, this doesn't make it any less of a spectacle to behold. It's beautiful as ever. I love the way she's just sitting there. ^.^ it's kinda like a throne of guns. Also jealous of her hair.
