The figure of the police officer has an almost "scumptural" quality to it. The suit almost looks as though it's carved out of Marble or black Onyx. I think this adds to the unyielding, almost "mechanical" look of the uniform.
The "jittery" linework lends some kinetic energy to the artwork (by that, I mean there's a sense of movement here) This especially applies to your rendering of the hair.
The mininalist colour palette (greys and light blues) creates a sense of coldness, which is appropriate for a no-nonesense futuristic law enforcer.
The red lasers also accentuate the form of the policewoman's body.
There're a few things I'd be interested to know. What software did you use to render this, and how long did it take you?

Absolutely brilliant use of the medium to convey the female form. The wet silvery sheen of the bodysuit contributes to the overall futuristic atmosphere of the piece, completed by the visor and integrated helmet and plasma cannon and forearm mounted blade add on. Excellent job
