short Fanfic like history: trainer was leveling up Sliggoo in a nameless rainy forest, it level up to 50, but his Sliggoo was mad because of the evolution, as Sliggoo was male, He refused to evolve to Goodra. maybe because his last form is girly like pokemon.Finally that trainer decided to use an Eviolite from his battle records.
