Okay so what happened in this is that they met when they were young and being around eachother changed them. Mainly for the better. She used to be a very devious child and he was lonely and sad. Well when he started to haunt her they got to know eachother, they are pretty much always together. Mainly only she can see him unless he chooses other wise.

She got hurt most likely emotionally and this deeply upset him. He loves her completely and wholely with his dead unbeating heart. She doesn't even know, but they are best friends and as close and could possiblely be.

She is also a bit older than him that is why her head is like ten times the size of his.
