I used to do still life myself. Human figure. Looking at this (these also) I love the way, no matter how rough the drawing is, the casual figure pulls you in to whats posed as a private moment. I think it's the fact that they are not typically 'posing', that they are doing nothing noteworthy, that emerges as an honest moment. Does that make sense?
