A cloud elf with prophetic abilities, their visions have cause them to become frail and thin.
Their visions are not their only problem. They're not always accurate. Sometimes they will be plagued with awful visions of slaughter that vanish in an instant because of one action someone nearby did that butterflied into saving them. This causes awful nightmares that also interfere with their future vision.
