((This is Rp!Cyndar, there's a difference between normal and RP versions))I was working on my digital painting. I like it ^^
Cyndar's eye is usually magenta like a normal Quilava but it turns red occasionally (especially when stressed or angered) as a byproduct of a Team Rocket experiment to create an unstoppable Pokemon after Mewtwo went rogue. I might explain more if I do a Shadow Forme version of Cyndar sometime.
