Yes, I do play it on PC. Maybe I should try out some mod to fix that, shall we say, shortcoming.
Still, it's a great pity that vanilla Skyrim didn't have a single Khajiit to marry by default. I've always settled with for that kind-hearted and optimistic Argonian dockworker in Windhelm Docks, Shahvee.

If you get the right set of mods you can marry Khayla, get her a nice outfit and get infinite hugs.

Admitted, I haven't used too mods but that sounds pretty cool way to expand the marriage system.^^
