Took this one in Hyde Park,London during my holiday in March. It is one of my favourites of my whole stay there. The little guy was sitting on the fence and clearly waiting for someone to give him some treats. Just a second after I took the picture it ran towards me and was sniffing my camera very extensively ... very cute. But thank God, it didn't decide to try and chew on it.
Sepia toning was added in post processing. I think it looks much better this way.

What an adorable little squirrel! You captured him very well, too. I like the focus and the shallow depth of field.

Squirrels make my days here in London, as well
This frame really bugs me.. It draws my attention from the squirrel. Making it thinner or removing it, would make easier to focus on the photo instead of wasting time looking at the frame..

The little fellows are fed with nuts, cookies and so on by the tourist visiting Hide Park every day, because they are so cute and trusting. Sadly this makes the population of grey squirrels grow so quickly, that they almost completely replaced the European red squirrels, which are smaller and more shy.
