Description
Today is Thylacine Day. On September 7, 1936, Benjamin- the last known thylacine- died in captivity(they left him out overnight and he died from exposure to the cold).
This is just one of many drawings that I have done over the last few months, in memory of these incredible creatures. I think colored pencil is one of the more difficult mediums for me, but I'm starting to get the hang of it.

EDIT: Eh. It's been over a year now and I'm still very stuck. The main things bugging me are the obvious lack of a body and that darn muzzle....(Actually, the anatomy of the face as a whole is wrong. Ugh, I want to get rid of it now. ) Tips, anyone?
