Great job with the head area, the beak, and the front paws. The tail looks like your 'standard' hound tail, but since you mentioned this Gryphon is 50% wolf 50% eagle, it fits.

I don't really like the perspective on the left wing tho...

I have just regular pencils you can find everywhere, here I used F, B and 2B. I'm actually quite happy with the shading too, those strong lines came out better than I thought.
