He has been overworked and underappreciated by his owner for years and whenever he is around, the people would say "Oh, it's you". He thought his name was "Oh" so he went by the name. Eventually, he managed to escape due to a revolution from a group who stands against cruelty and abuse. He joined up with the group called the Order of the Mollusks. He changed his name to Owen after being rescued by them when he had nowhere to go. He is very fast and quick to think as he often leaves his opponents in the dust. He doesn't hesitate to help someone in need, even when the others don't help at all cause of the Ruling Krakens' presence. He is very accurate with his stringer weapon and can one shot anyone within his reach. He is a very picky eater and will not eat anything he finds weird.
