Description Ok, this was a bit of a challenge and it's only got two & a half frames compared to the four you'd find in a photo booth reel because I was dissatisfied with the way the last two frames turned out. Oy, I hate drawing Dr. Girlfriend like whoa, but I love The Monarch and was happy enough with the expression change from the first to the second that I figured someone would get a kick out of this anyhow... It took me a while to do it all up, so I thought I'd better post it.

C'mon- You know they're adorable in a creepy villan way...

(I also added the sort of sepia colour because
a)I can do whatever I want because you're not the boss of me & b)I was incredibly tired of only seeing blue-black-grey when clicking my Gallery page)

i like the sepia effect cause it makes it seem really antique. BUT~ i would love to do like a washed out pastelly color effect on this. kinda like they took it in one of the new photo booths that have color pics now, but have it be all faded like they found it up in the attic 30 years from now. not a clue how i could pull that off with pencils and a scanner, but i'd try my darndest!

Ha. I haven't drawn him in ages, so I think I need to make that my mission in August.

Dr. G is again, the only person in the cartoon Universe I shall never attempt to draw again The angles kill me, but I love the compliment you've passed on to me nonetheless!

This made me cry a little bit.If I wasn't such a big,bwave girl,I would've wet myself.The Monarch's face in the second panel is the schex.
Because you won't tell,I'm assuming Dr. Girlfriend was doing some bad-touching.

I heart Dr. Girlfriend & the Monarch because they seem to genuinely care about each other amidst, you know, wrangling henchmen & trying to kill Dr. Venture... Dude, Dr. Girlfriend is a woman with a man's voice. That automatically makes her the second best character on the show.

LMAO! Dr. Girlfriend is amazing (she basically runs the Cocoon- The Monarch is just the idea concocter and figurehead).
Are you a HELPeR fan?! My best buddy with whom I watch VB all the time does also proclaim that the best character in the show is HELPeR I like the fact I have two friends with such an opinion.
Mine definitely go The Monarch, then Dr. Orpheus, then Dr. Venture (even though he seems to have no real regard for anyone but himself. It's almost admirable what a royal ass he is...) (Brock fits in there somewhere... I like him more with every season)
