Description
For ~TheComicCreator 's contest. This is Database, I am quite fond of him I almost made his tentacle cord arm things green instead of yellow. Though I think yellows better.Database

Powers
- lots of arms/tentacles
- can temporarily download extreme amounts of information from anything organic

- Is a slow and primitive thinker
- is a fairly slow mover

Larab is a fairly small planet in the middle of no where its closest neighbor is Galvan Prime. It is rumered that Larab is where the Galvan dump their failed experiments. It is known that the Corpuwir would have never evolved into the beings they now are without the help of the Galvans.
A group of Galvans had thought they'd come up with the ultimate project to prove their intellect supreme compared to any race, even a brand new one with the mind of a mega highly advanced super computer.
The Galvans had previously discovered a microscopic organism and they used a small amount of those along with robotics and plenty of genetic engineering and over twenty years a small germ like being evolved into and much much larger race of intellectually advanced creatures. However this only lasted for a short amount of time for because of a sort of failed engineering in parts of the being the brain became only able to work on much lower levels causing them to think primitively. This earned the Galvans mockery.
Now mostly only residing on Larab the Corpuwircan only use parts of their brain to its full potential only by using their tentacles so that they can download an incredible amount of information about anything organic, however the process not only takes a long while but, as is the case with any of their species, the information remains in their brain for no longer than a few hours.
In addition rhumors, following the sudden lack Corpuwir sightings on their homeplanet, that were for the most part created by the Galvans contained talk of them creating soldiers by using the rest of the supposed failed experiments on Larab.

I think it's Abilities about "can figure out everything about anything" is to much
don't you agree? It's somewhat godly for such an specie and you also said that
they think Primitively in which conflicts to your "can figure anything.." description
not to mention their Weaknesses such as being a Slow Thinker.
I think the only good thing about this alien is that it has Technology and has
a lot of Tentacles that they can use to create more machinery quicker by quantity
but their creations will lack Intellect more than their creators and only know how to attack.

I really should have put that better, in both the powers and description
I'll change it by basically puttinmg this: by using their tentacles they can download an incredible amount of information about anything organic, however the process not only takes a long while but, as is the case with any of their species, the information remains in their brain for no longer than a few hours.
I hadn't originally intended for him to be able to do that, but I am now officially stating that he can
