I love the pose, and it instantly reminded me of Yura yura
I really like this intro too - mostly because it has so much power and intensity that slowly builds up throughout the song and the video put together.
Colors are very nice - the painted look fits the picture well. Though I'm a little unsure of why you wanted to put the smooth mangekyu-sharingans in there?
You got his hair just right too... I think that many people sometimes make it either too short or too long (I did myself once I think, but it still bugs me since that mop of white is one his distinct trademarks)
Anyway, I'm slowly getting insane from waiting too - I nearly shed tears through 424 and I DID shed a tear when I saw that we would have to wait even longer for the horrible conclution of this chapter.

And reason why I put Mangekyou here is because I imagine that he actually trains it. And I wanted make it seem like something what he see in his mind as he try to concentrate for handle it. And I wanted make illusion of different dimension but simultaneously show he stay in his real reality.
