Being a huge Spidey fan, I'm definitely gonna see this movie but I'm not expecting it to live up to Sam Raimi's Spidey flicks.
I'm disappointed with the revamped suit (that webbing on it looks more like a grid than a web and the new design for the gloves looks a little corny)
...but I might change my mind once I see how they design the mask (It would be cool to see some wide open Todd McFarlane style eyes on it!

My only complaint about this movie in general is that they wanted to make Spiderman younger and still in high-school when the main plot starts but they got another 20-30 something year old actor to play him!

yeah in the Ultimate Universe by Marvel the charaters are younger and more realistic! and yeah a 30 yearold can't pull off 13 or even 15!
I bet it'll be good jus i hate the casting choise! but hey i didn't like it when Ledger was cast as Joker but he did a damn good job!

The thing is, Andrew Garfield is a spectacular actor, and he actually does have quite a young face. He can also act sweet and naive yet edgy and tough if he wants, which is something very few actors can achieve. I really do feel they picked him for this role because he is simply the best man to play it.

Oh, I'm sure he is, but I just hate it when a chaacter is suppose to be younge and that get some one older than me to play them it's like the guy who played Robin the the "other" Batman movies!

I seen an apprently real early production poster for the dropped Spiderman 4 with Lizard's face/head and it looked alot like a T-Rex with a long tongue alot like Venom or Toad from the X-men!
