I drew her as Hong Niang here, who is a very famous Chinese fairy. She controls people's relationship with her red thread, when she ties the ends of the red thread to the ankles of two people, they will fall in love. So she is like the Chinese Cupid. ^_^
Oh, btw, HongNiang was just a character in a famous opera named XiXiangJi(The Romance of the Western Chamber) at first, not a goddess. People make her one because she did such a great job of fixing up a couple, and she was such a cute and funny girl that people love her much better than the heroine of that opera, and people call every female go-betweens HongNiang after that opera. Finally, she becomes a symbol and a Goddess for Chinese.

To draw this piece well, I've checked a lot of artworks of Dezhen, she is a famous Chinese illustrator, the clothes she draw are soooo gorgeous that you can hardly move your eyes away from them, and the faces she draw are always so sweet and pure, it's really hard to imagine how she drew them!

OH, btw, this piece is also done in TegakiE, unfortunately, TE won't save it so I have to take a screenshot and save it myself. 0TZ It happens all the time but I can't help drawing things there because with TE, nobody can use those fancy tools and filters like we can do in photoshop, so we have to pick colors correctly and try to draw every effect with very simple tools. It's a very good practice for me.
