He's a Sand base who's got Bald, Scorch, Frost, Silver and Sunspots. The white stuff on his neck is Bald while the white spots are Frost, which only got strictly smaller long after this guy was uploaded, so technically his design isn't 'legal' in the group anymore. Lucky me I guess. 8D
Probably just something along the lines of 15 to 20, depending on the complexity of the character I'm drawing.
