Numbuh Two (Hoagie P. Gilligan Jr.) from Codename: Kids Next Door as a South Park character.Three notes:
1. Cyber-murph made Numbuh 3 so I'll do the other Sector V members for him
2. I have to edit Numbuh 2 from Cartman since South Park studios doesn't have the fat char options.
3. I have to enlarge the brown version of Craig's hat to fit Numbuh 2's head. Same with the goggles.

Its like Numbuh 2 is saying "Duuuuuude" guess Cartman won't be the only fatass in SP after all might be a lil jealous when all the kids at school actually find Hoagie's jokes funny XD and that hes more pleasant to be around.
